This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications regarding material removed from our site.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Alan Davies Wife Met website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information:

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Alan Davies Wife Met was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
